If you’re an avid Costco shopper like me, you know buying eggs in bulk can save a few dollars a month. I buy chicken eggs in 24 packs to save money and save a few trips to the store. However, since I mostly use eggs for baking and the occasional breakfast omelette, it takes a few weeks for me to use them all. I don’t want to eat old eggs, so I looked up a way to determine the age of an egg at home!
