Liberal actor Mark Ruffalo became famous playing the Incredible Hulk, but right now he’s looking like an Incredible Schmuck.
Apparently thinking he’s such a powerful intellect we simply must hear everything he says, Ruffalo took to Twitter to preach down to gun owners, offering what he believes is an example of a gun control success story.
“You can’t go to: Walmart, concerts, the movies, schools, public houses, churches, synagogues, mosques, grocery stores, post offices, food festivals, nightclubs, nursing homes,” Ruffalo smirked in a tweet.
“It seems the only safe place in America is airports and that’s because they don’t allow guns in there,” he concluded, ending with a “chin stroke” emoji to show you how intellectual he is.

One problem.
As a well-known “gun free zone” there have been multiple mass shooting attempts at airports.
* In 2002 an Egyptian national entered the Los Angeles International Airport, pulled out two pistols, and began firing into passengers lined up at the ticket counter for the Israeli airline El Al. Two bystanders were killed before an unarmed El Al security guard tackled him. As the gunman stabbed the unarmed security guard another, armed, guard arrived and shot him.
* In 2013 a California man opened fire at the Los Angeles International Airport, killing a TSA officer and wounding several people. He was able to shoot his way to the end of the terminal before armed police officers finally arrived and shot him.
* In January 2017, a mass shooter killed five people at the Fort Lauderdale, Fla. airport
