Hmmm, things were so bad in Canada that there was an uprising called the Freedom Convoy where truckers – upset with the measure that would require unvaccinated Canadian truckers crossing the two nations’ boundary to quarantine once they’ve returned home – formed a loose coalition and organised a cross-country drive that began in western Canada. They are currently facing prosecution for their stand. 

And remember this?

“The bottom line? Proof of vaccination will be required by no later than the end of this month for all federal employees. And by mid-November, enforcement measures in place will make sure that everyone is vaccinated.”

So while he didn’t force anyone to take a vaccine, he made it difficult for those in the federal workforce and in the federal transportation sector to avoid taking it. He also accused people who wouldn’t take the vaccine of putting others at risk, and refused via the socialized heath service to allow transplants and vital surgery for people who refused the vaccination. 

While Trudeau could argue his program was legal and necessary, he’s pushing it by claiming it was ever purely “voluntary”. But what else can we expect from a WEF-apparatchik.
