It’s a Match! Governor wins Kamala’s Veep Parade

After a speed-dating process we covered last week, Kamala swiped right on a huge gift to the GOP. Instead of the widely predicted Governor of Pennsylvania, Josh Shapiro, who would have been a formidable opponent and possibly swung the decision for the all-important PA voter base she decided against a Jewish running mate. Instead she went with the guy she has “chemistry” with. If chemistry is a euphemism for Far-Left political views, she’s right.

Timothy James Walz is a former U.S. Army non-commissioned officer, and retired football. coach and educator who has served since 2019 as the 41st governor of Minnesota. He is famous for putting tampons in boys’ bathrooms and signing into law a Democratic wish list of bills on marijuana, abortion rights, and gun control.

He also said that his rural Minnesota constituents are from “the land of rocks and cows.” Bear in mind this is the guy they are pitting against J.D. Vance in the push for the rural heartland, as they chase the vote from the white man who never thought college was a good idea and stayed away from the polls in 2020.

Last week Walz said he wants to invest in a “ladder factory” to help illegal immigrants climb Trump’s border wall, and that we won’t have Thanksgiving dinner without illegal immigrant workers.

As Governor he signed legislation giving driver’s licenses to illegal immigrants, made it easier for individuals to join a permanent absentee ballot list and made Minnesota a sanctuary state for child sex-change surgeries and abortionists.

Walz established a DEI council as his very first executive order and passed another executive order allowing legal liability against child counselors if they do not “affirm” a child’s chosen gender identity.  In addition, he grew the state budget by 42% since taking office. And to add insult to injury he changed the state flag to look like Somalia’s. A nod, maybe, to the growing Muslim population arriving from this country.

Changed the flag

The Minnesota flag change refers to the adoption of a new state flag and seal in 2024. The previous flag and seal, which had been in use for decades, were criticized for their design and depiction of Native Americans. The new flag and seal were chosen by the Minnesota State Emblems Redesign Commission, which selected a design submitted by artist Andrew Prekker.

The new flag features a white North star on a dark blue shape of Minnesota, which is intended to represent the state’s best-known traits – the North Star and its many lakes and rivers. The new seal, meanwhile, features a loon, Minnesota’s state bird, and includes the Dakota language phrase “Mni Sota Makoce,” meaning “Land Where the Waters Reflect the Clouds,” the origin of Minnesota’s name. It’s biggest issue though it that it closely resembles the flag of Somalia.
