He gives an incredible breakdown of what’s going on in Western North Carolina where many people have reported the lack of aid from agencies, saying “it almost seemed like the officials there did not want people to be rescued and it was very odd; it was like a power struggle between the people there of who’s going to be in control of helping the people instead of actually helping the people.”
