The Supreme Court of the USA did not put a stop to this farce. Amy Coney Barrett voted with the left-leaning justices to allow this farce to proceed.

After watching Judge Merchan be removed and then reinstated within the past 24 hours the liberal puppet finally got to deliver the Trump sentence he has been praying for. Remember, Judge Juan Merchan has previously donated to Democratic causes, raising concerns about political bias. His daughter, Loren Merchan, leads Authentic Campaigns, a firm that works with prominent Democrats like Biden and Harris, which has fueled allegations of conflicts of interest in Trump’s trial. These connections have led to serious questions about judicial impartiality.

It went like this:

Judge Merchan: “The imposition of sentence is one of the most difficult and significant decisions that any criminal court judge is called upon to make…Never before has this court been presented with such a unique and remarkable set of circumstance. This has been a truly extraordinary case.”

rump’s attorney, Todd Blanche, says they’ll be appealing, and “a majority of the American people also agree that this case should not have been brought.”

He also adamantly disagrees with the prosecutors’ take on Trump’s conduct.

“I very, very much disagree with much of what the government just said about this case, about the legitimacy of what happened in this courtroom during the trial, and about President Trump’s conduct fighting this case.”

“It’s a very sad day. It’s a sad day for President Trump, for his family and friends, but also in counsel’s view, a sad day for this country,” Blanche adds.

rump says “this has been a very terrible experience” and “it’s been a set back for New York and New York court system.”

“It’s been a political witch hunt, it was done to damage my reputation.” Trump reminds the court of his innocence: “The fact is I’m totally innocent. I did nothing wrong.”

Judge Merchan sentences Trump to an unconditional discharge. “Unconditional discharge” refers to a sentence where the defendant is released from all obligations, including probation and parole, without any conditions imposed. This means Trump must do nothing further, but the conviction remains on his record.

So all of this, the fake charges, the biased jury, the insane judge, the millions of dollars – all so the left can call him a convicted criminal. What a waste of time and resources.
