Dr. Charles Hoffe, a family doc from British Columbia, Canada, has been making waves with his bold takes on the COVID-19 vaccines and what he sees as a United Nations (UN) plot to shrink the world’s population. With over 28 years of practice under his belt, Hoffe’s been vocal about tying the vaccines to UN agenda items—specifically Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030—which he says aims to drop the global population down to 500 million.
What Hoffe’s Saying
Hoffe’s big claim is that the COVID vaccines, especially the mRNA ones like Pfizer and Moderna, are tools in this depopulation scheme. He’s talked about how they allegedly cause tiny blood clots that mess up organs like the heart, lungs, and brain. He also says they hit women’s fertility hard, targeting the ovaries to cut down birth rates. In a 2021 chat with Laura-Lynn Tyler Thompson, he mentioned testing his vaccinated patients and finding 62% had high D-dimer levels—a sign of clotting, in his view. He warned that could mean heart failure for a lot of them within a few years.
He connects this to the UN by pointing to Agenda 21, a 1992 sustainability plan, and Agenda 2030, its follow-up. Hoffe sees these as blueprints for population control, not just eco-friendly goals. He’s said stuff like, “They’ve been clear about wanting to reduce the population,” arguing there’s no other reason to push vaccines on young folks like university students. He’s even brought up past examples, claiming the UN used vaccines five times before to mess with fertility, though he doesn’t always name specifics.
How It Started and Where It’s At
Hoffe first got loud about this in 2021 when he fired off an open letter to British Columbia’s Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, questioning the Moderna vaccine after seeing some of his patients have adverse reactions. That kicked off a mess for him—local health folks yanked him from his ER gig at Lytton’s hospital, slapped him with a gag order (which he ignored), and the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons came after him in 2022 for his “inflammatory” statements. They didn’t like him pushing ivermectin either. But by February 2025, the college dropped the whole thing, and Hoffe’s been calling it a win, saying they’re just trying to silence him for spilling the truth.
