Let’s watch JD’s speech again. It was perfect.

Possibly the most consequential political speech of my lifetime. It was what Americans needed to hear.

On September 15, 2025, U.S. Vice President JD Vance hosted a special episode of “The Charlie Kirk Show” at the White House, honoring his close friend and conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated on September 10 at Utah Valley University by suspect Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old with alleged leftist ties. Vance, crediting Kirk for aiding his political rise and Trump’s 2024 victory, described him as a “joyful warrior” devoted to America.

Joined by officials like Stephen Miller and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Vance blamed the killing on a “far-left domestic terror movement” and vowed federal crackdowns on liberal groups inciting violence. The episode aired live, broadcast in White House rooms, amid national mourning and a planned Arizona memorial. Turning Point USA, Kirk’s organization, continues his legacy of youth conservatism.
