Nick Freitas (b. 1979) is a Republican politician, former U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret with two combat tours in Iraq, and conservative social media influencer with millions of followers. Elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 2015 (District 30, later 62 after redistricting), he champions individual liberty, limited government, and Second Amendment rights.

In 2025, he announced he would not seek reelection, retiring from the legislature at term’s end in 2026 to focus on media and family. We look forward to seeing where he goes.
