Although some of these images have weights, steps and a pull-up bar – you have alternatives at home. Cans of food or plastic milk bottles make great weights, and you can use a stool or doorstep for the step component. Pulling yourself up on a head jamb of a door can only be advised if you know it will take your weight, so you might want to do pull-ups in a park.
