This technique is good for eggs straight from the chicken and is a good way to store them long term. Use clean eggs. If you don’t have your own chicken find someone local where you can get fresh eggs. Good for about a year although the yokes will be runny and not intact, which makes them good for scrambled eggs or omelets.
