Ingredients

  • About 6 lbs Fresh tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Distilled White Vinegar (or 1/3 C Apple & 1/3 C White Vinegar)
  • 1/4 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 Red Cayenne (Optional)
  • 2 tsp Granulated Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1-2 tsp Salt
