Making from fresh tomatoes? Got an Insta Pot? Here’s another recipe. Pretty sure you could do this on the stove, to be honest.
Ingredients
- About 6 lbs Fresh tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Distilled White Vinegar (or 1/3 C Apple & 1/3 C White Vinegar)
- 1/4 tsp Celery Salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Powder
- 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 Red Cayenne (Optional)
- 2 tsp Granulated Onion
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1-2 tsp Salt
