There’s a trend online at the moment for people who recognize the unfairness of biological women competing in sports against men to show their support. They make an X sign with their crossed fingers or arms to align themselves with the women losing to biological men in feats of strength and stamina. It appears to have started with Bulgarian boxer Svetlana Staneva who was beaten by a XY chromosome male identifying as a woman.
WOW! After being beaten by male boxer Lin Yu-Ting in the women’s boxing competition, Bulgarian boxer Svetlana Staneva makes an ‘X’ sign to signal XX female chromosomes.

Meanwhile in Congress…
In Congress, some lawmakers are trying to level the playing field through H. R. 734 an act to amend: the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.
The Democrats to a they/them voted against it.
