A super smart couple has come up with the idea of replacing conventional roads and making them work for us! Using recycled materials these pressure sensitive surfaces will carry LED lighting that reacts to changes and messages road users. In addition, these roads would carry power and communications cables beneath them and by incorporating interlocking hexagonal solar panels, valuable electricity could be generated.
