Crunchy Broccoli – quick, cheap, easy and healthy

BroccoliNow here’s a great snack and a healthy way to get everyone to eat their greens.

Preheat oven to 375° and chop a head of broccoli (apparently you shouldn’t rinse it.) Mince 2-3 cloves of garlic.

Put the broccoli, garlic, 2 tbsp. olive oil, and a few shakes of salt and pepper (pepper flakes optional) in a ziploc bag. Shake it up!! Spread out on baking sheet, place on top rack, and bake for about 30 minutes. Crunchy AND delicious!

I was sent this recipe and have no idea where it came from but boy is it yummy!
