Smoke a whole hog or deer in this $100 (max) smoker. This guy knows what to do with old wooden pallets and a drill. Seriously, he is fabulous at explaining on a step by step basis how you make useful stuff. This smoker is a great use of ‘free’ wood and a perfect example of urban recycling. While we’re not joiners we think he makes a good job of this, but as always, we’re ready for experts to chime in with their suggestions.
