In this video, Robert Arrington, shows you how to skin out an alligator, remove the good meat and then flesh out the hide so it can be salted and tanned. It’s a great demo video. You’ll see he uses a pressure air supply to straighten the limbs and make it easier to remove the hide without making a tear or hole.
