How to make a plastic face shield visor at home using common household items; a 2 litre plastic bottle, kitchen sponge, hair band and tape. It takes around 3 minutes to make.
I’ve been noodling with ideas for this and I think I’d hot glue the plastic to a stretchy hairband and have the scratchy part of the pad glued facing the shield not my skin. But overall, it’s awesome!
Remember a face shield is in addition to a face mask if you are wearing it for protection from a virus. It does shield your face and prevents an infection you might rub into your mouth, nose or eyes.
