Throwing a party to celebrate the Inflation Reduction Act on a day staggering new inflation was announced, is gaslighting par excellence. We liked the fact that he now claims falling gas prices are a result of his actions while shortages were Putin’s fault. Admittedly, emptying the Strategic Petroleum Reserve is probably reducing prices at the pump and having a knock-on effect on the inflation rate but we’re just creating problems for later.
And using that sad old icon of the left, James Taylor made it even more gag-making.
