Swatting is a criminal harassment act of deceiving an emergency service into sending a police or emergency service response team to another person’s address. It is terrifying. and sooner or later it will result in someone getting killed. It is that dangerous and must stop. People need to be held accountable.

This is like the 8th time.
On Christmas with my family here.
My local police are the GREATEST and shouldn’t have to deal with this.

It is clear federal law is currently inadequate on swatting incidents whether to schools, public figures, or Members of Congress

Such law must be updated
In addition, Congress must address the total failure of federal law enforcement agencies to deal with these violent threats
