Remember the massive earthquake in Haiti in 2010? The Clinton’s Foundation got involved and subsequently faced accusations that it mishandled funds intended for Haiti earthquake relief. The Justice Department investigated whether the Clintons gave or promised policy-related favors to foundation donors. The Clinton Foundation was accused of corruption and misuse of funds, including allegations the foundation committed fraud in Haiti. The locals hate them and blame them for stealing their meagre funds away from them.

As a result of comments in 2018 by President Donald Trump — in which he called Haiti and African nations “shithole countries” and said, “Why do we need more Haitians? Take them out”, celebrities decided to show that the poor half of Hispaniola isn’t a shit hole by wearing virtue signaling t-shirts and having Conan O’Brien stay in a swanky, protected resort.

Gang violence has plagued the Caribbean nation for more than two years since the assassination of President Jovenel Moise. But the crisis has escalated in recent days, when armed gangs overran two of Haiti’s biggest prisons, released thousands of inmates and tried to take control of the country’s main airport. The US Border Patrol is bracing for incoming refugees to add to the many thousands who have crossed illegally from this God forsaken country.

Lawmakers worry that the ripple effect could cause a major migration crisis for the region.

“It’s a catastrophic situation,” Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-N.Y.), co-chair of the House Haiti Caucus, told POLITICO. “The instability of one country impacts all the countries around it.”

The Dominican Republic (the country that shares the island of Hispaniola with Haiti) has already closed its borders, Clarke said. The U.S and Caribbean nations will bear the brunt of “those who are just trying to survive in the midst of what’s taking place,” she added.

Now the shit has hit the fan and this seriously impoverished and corrupt country, always prone to drama and insurrection, has broken down completely. We are all weeks away from societal collapse. Here, the very worst of mankind is on show as this bastard joyfully eats people he has cooked.
