Biden’s Climate Czar, John Kerry says people would ‘feel better’ about the Ukraine war if Russia would reduce emissions.

This is crazy stuff by John Kerry. “If Russia has the power to wage war on Ukraine they have the power to reduce emissions.” He adds that people would “feel better” about the path Russia has taken if they reduce emissions.
