Sen. Ted Cruz torched a Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing yesterday by asking Biden nominee for the federal judiciary, New York Judge Sarah Netburn, why she allowed someone previously convicted of rape as a man to serve a subsequent prison sentence as a woman in a women’s prison.Â
