A Kansas woman was pumping gas when she began to wonder why the display was showing a video of a massive snake slithering across the screen.
That’s when she realized it wasn’t a video.
She pulled out her phone and recorded what appeared to be a huge reptile crawled across the screen and deeper into the pump.
She then alerted the manager, who dismantled the pump and removed the snake, which appears to only be about a foot long.
Apparently the gas pump screen is molded like a magnifying glass, making the snake appear much larger than it was.
But it is a reminder that in hot summer months snakes, both harmless and venemous, are looking for cool places to take a break, so be careful where you place your hands.
