Camping World CEO Marcus Lemonis says he’ll pay the fine and even go to jail to keep the 40′ x 80′ American flag flying over a dealership in Statesville, NC.
City bureaucrats are attempting to force Lemonis to take down the flag under a city ordinance that limits flag size. Statesville authorities say they will fine Camping World $50 a day for every day the oversize flag flies.
Lemonis says he’ll pay the fine and even go to jail but he won’t take down the flag.
As a result of the controversy, the Statesville city council will have a vote in July to change the flag size ordinance
