Part II: Grand Jury Indictment posted in such a rush they left in this secret fact about the jurors!

Former President Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants were indicted by a grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, on Monday evening in relation to the former president’s efforts to dispute the 2020 election results in the state.

The 98-page indictment (pdf below) charges President Trump with 13 counts, including violation of the state’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer, conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, and conspiracy to commit filing of false documents.

Defendents

Each of the 19 defendants faced a number of charges but were all charged on the RICO Act. A total of 41 charges were filed in the case.

As I mentioned yesterday, here, RICO charges come with heavy penalties and there will be a lot of pressure on his aides or anyone involved in any conversations (Mike Pence?) and hope they flip and turn state’s evidence on President Trump.

Salivating police smirk over possibility of Trump ‘mugshot’

Here Sheriff Labrat positively glows with excitement over the prospect of a Trump mugshot. Be careful what you wish for. Persecution like this appeals only to the hardcore progressive base. It is turning the stomach of most Americans. The timing is set to conflict with presidential campaigning. Many of the charges are protected by presidential privilege – some are moronic.

This is exactly how it was reported at the time. Difficult to see how it’s a crime.
Not a criminal request
Of all his mean tweets they selected this one for court?
