Democrats in the Congress are noted for their often-bizarre behavior and off-the-wall legislation.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez comes to mind. She runs off at the mouth saying the most ridiculous stuff.
And backs it up with even more ridiculous legislation.
But this guy really takes the cake.

Somehow, getting rid of the Statue of Liberty is going to get even with Republicans for some imagined, bigoted legislation.
I don’t even know how to think about this.
I know they like to get rid of statues.
But I have never seen any published information claiming that Ms. Liberty ever owned or imported slaves.
And, again as far as I know, has never weighed in on any legislation — Republican or Democrat.
What is wrong with these people? Are there not enough problems needing to be solved? Will clearing out New York harbor help on any of them?
