Federal Judges reversing on prison sentences for “insurrectionists”

Are they having a change of heart? Do they realize the tide is turning against the draconian sentences for the ordinary people we now realize were not violently storming the Capitol, but (most) were instead curious and somewhat respectful. Is it the Supreme Court’s pending review of a key federal charge levied against Jan. 6 defendants?

Whatever it is, some early releases are occurring.
